The Ilulxtein AhHOciation will at tliis time form their permanent organization, electing periunneiit ofiieers ami adopting contil titinu and by-law. They will also take take up matters of business of importance to the breed and for the .strengthening of their organ isation in this county. A number of new members hive been added since their last meeting. The Jersey Association meet ing Saturday, October 11th, at 2:30 p. nr., at which time some of the leading breeders from up the valley are expected to be present. Ihe Association at this time will lay plans for its activities in the Spring, when the State Asso ciation holds its Jubilee, celebrat ing the breaking of the world's record by a Jersey cow owned by J. J. VnnKleek & Son, of this county. The cow has already broken the record and has yet two months before the completion of her test. Other important business will come before the association at this time. Free Bulletins The County Agent's office has received from the U. S.
