the early days of the Evangel
ical clergy in the state of Ore
gon. He came here from Cor
vail is, and then moved to Port
land. The assertion is made by
the Kev. C. C. PolinR that Mr.
Pratt has had paralysis for sev
eral years, and that prior to that
he was one of the valuable minis
ters in the Oregon district.
