The address of Mr. Barrett was replete with inspiring sentiment and displayed a masterly concep tion of our nation, its institution, and its veteran. Too much cannot be said for Mr. Baeley and Mr. Harvey Mil er. Their addresses were exceptionally line and delivered with dramatic effect.
