My Song and Dance Is to the Tune of SUITS and OVERCOATS J20 25 $30 Am I a Square Peg In a Round Hole? Recently I was prompted to ask myself this very question, after being compelled to listen to an argument between two men in a theater concerning my nation ality. One of these men insisted that I was of Jewish extraction, because I was engaged in the clothing business. The other insisted I was Irish. For the benefit of the two gentlemen and all others who might be interested in knowing, I might say that the accom panying cartoon speaks for my origin. A little exaggerated, perhaps, but never theless suggestive. At that time I conceived the idea that a clothing store conducted upstairs would so reduce my rent and expense that I could well afford to sell suits and overcoats at a small margin of profit. The scheme was popular from the very start, and my constantly increasing business is proof that Low Upstairs Rent, Honest Methods, No Excessive Profiteer ing, Buying and Selling for Cash all combine for success. Such has been my policy for the past nine years. intimOn ks n- II I 1 wt-rf lJ-0-1'.. i l vl I MOCTAinC, ri ftTHII ft?
