of said second-hand cars has to pay for
the speculation on the deal, between the
OWNER of the old car and the seller of
the new car. and, believe me. THERE
IS POME COMPETITION BETWEEN THE
NEW CAR DEALERS AS TO WHO WILL
ALLOW THE MOST ON A SECOND
HAND CAR IN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW
ONE. In other words, a shrewd owner of
a second-hand car can go out and get
mixed up with the DEALERS and just
"Hint Around" that he is on the market
for a naw car and sell the old one lor
twice or three times what I would take it
