They carry a special jungle setting. In the first scene a young woman appears in hunting costume, carryin a ajun. A bin alligator creeps out on the stare and the younjr woman rutia away. Then another big al ligator comes out and also a small one about three feet long. They are said to be thriliingly real in their makeup. After clever contortion work, the huntress re appears on the .stage and shoots at them. The alligators throw off their skins, and two men appear. Th? . smaller alligator proves to be a dachshund and runs off the stage carrying his alligator skin. - The Murrays and their famous acrobatic and dancing dogs will present another feature act which will vie with the Say tons for first honors of the bill. These are said to be the best dancing dogs on the circuit. They dance ragtime as a special feature. Young and Brooks are novelty musical artists. The team consists of a man and New York encasement, and !th Marry Hermsen heading the long list of play ers. It will surely be welcomed with more than usual interest. She has appeared with great success, both In Paris and Berlin, her last appearance In opera In Kurope having been at the Staats Theater In Klberfeld. where she appeared In the Wagner operas. From this It must not be Inferred that her voice la of the heavy, robust kind. It Is. on the contrary, a iyrlc soprano, of the greatest purity and sweetness. Her most striking performances have all been In the lighter Italian operas, though she has sung the lead ing soprano rolea In ."The lve Tales of Hoffman with great aurcess. She is considered a great addition to the Hartman Company, and her performances here will be eagerly welcomed. She will be heard here first In "The Toymaker." a woman who play on French horns, freak harps and violin. The woman weans some handsome gowns, and the novel ending of the act is always a hit. Abrahams and Johns wilt be remem bered by Pantages patrons for their clever comedy sketch which was given earlier In . the season. They return with the same act. but with new comedy through It. The Lincoln Four present a novelty singing and dancing act. The men have splendid voices and their comedy Is a scream. The quartet Is expected to prove one of the strongest numbers of the bill. Shale and Cole are clever singers and dancers who have an original act. Ieo White, the silver-voiced tenor, will sing a new pictured ballad and the Pan tagescope will present the very latest an imated pictures. Today will be your last chance to see the present hill of advanced vaudeville acts, which Is headed by I. a Ile. the world's greatest pantomime dancer. ROSE FESTIVAL ATTRACTION Famous Musical Comedy.
