Rogers, today paid final tribute to the memory of the deceased financier.' From 10 o'clock In the forenoon until 3 o'clock In the afternoon business was suspended. The funeral party arrived here on a special train from New York last night and the body of the capitalist was taken to his Summer borne at Fort Phoenix. This afternoon it waV car ried to the Unitarian Memorial Church, which was built by Mr. Rogers as a tribute to his mother. In this gothlo ediflce the casket was placed before the altar and was attended by a guard composed of members of two Masonic lodges. George H. Tabor Lodge of Falrhaven, to which Mr. Rpgers had presented a Masonic Hall, and Star In the East Lodge of New Bedford, of which the financier had been an active member for more than 40 years. At 10 o'clock the doors of the church were thrown open and for an hour there was a procession of school chil dren passing by the casket. From 11 A. M. to 1 F.
