ACOBS sums mimi EFFORT THE PLATTING AND OFFERING OF IT WaiESLEY-ON-TIE-ML FREE IMPROVEMENTS Every street in the entire tract will be graded to city grade. This work is now going on. Cement walks will be laid throughout WELLESLEY-ON-THE-HILL, as well as cement curbs, leaving a wide parking. Bull Run water, the most famous in the world, will be piped in front of every lot. Every lot is now being cleared and grubbed and not one in the entire property but what will be immediately available for building.
