"Fashion leads
by the nose"
Is Just as true today as It 'was 100 years ago.
We are living in an age so thoroughly impressionist
that people take their imp resstons of the men -whom
they meet largely from external appearance. The
elegantly appareled man who follows the varying
fashions gains ready admission to any society, and
has much the better chance of success la this world
than his poorly clad brother.
