Page 30 January 13, 2016 2016 special edition C LASSIFIEDS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CITY OF VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #2-16 (RFP) FOR THE HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM Bid Date: Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking request for proposal pack- ets to complete client eligibility screening and loan processing for the Vancouver Housing Rehabilitation Program. This program has been in operation since October 2008. Funding for the Housing Rehabilitation Program will be provided by the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partner- ship programs funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and as such will be subject to all local, State and Federal statutes applicable. Request for Proposal packets may be examined at Vancouver City Hall, Customer Service Desk, 1st floor lobby, 415 W. 6th Street, Vancouver Washington. Request for Proposal packets may be obtained from the Builder’s Exchange of Washington website, http://bxwa.com. Click on Posted Projects, Goods and Services, City of Vancouver and Projects Bidding links. These are available for viewing, downloading and printing at your own equipment free of charge. You may also link to the Builder’s Exchange website through the City of Vancouver’s Projects currently out for solicita- tion page.
