Multnomah County Animal Services celebrate Pitties in Pink, adorable pitbulls dressed in tutus and pastels to show their docile and loving spirits as adoptable pets. The upcoming MLK Dream gets front billing from participates of the annual race promoting the Soul District of northeast Portland.
