Knott St., is one o f four Portland Parks and Recreation facilities with special open and family swims on the national Martin Luther King Jr Day holiday, Monday, Jan. 21. Open Swims011MLK Holiday Portland Parks & Recreation Aquatics offers open play swims at four of its indoor pools on the M ar tin Luther King Jr. holiday on M on day, Jan. 21. The Matt Dishman pool, 77 N.E. Knott St., will have an open play swim from 1:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.; the East Portland pool, 740 S.E. 106th Ave., will be open for family swim from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and for open swim s from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m ., and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. the Mt. Scott pool, 5530 S.E. 72nd Ave., will open its leisure pool to open play swimming from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m .; and the Southw est pool, 6820 S.W. 45th Ave., will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for family swim and from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. for open swim.
