• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pep p er
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic pow der
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thym e
• 1/2 cup grated Parm esan cheese
• 1 tablespoon ch o p p ed fresh parsley
• 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crum bs
• 1/4 cup butter, m elted
• 1/2 cup dry w hite w ine
D irections:
1. M easure salt and pepper, garlic pow der, paprika, thym e,
Parm esan cheese, parsley, and bread crum bs into a bag. Shake
chicken pieces in bag until well coated.
2. O il roasting pan lightly, and arrange chicken in pan. Sprinkle
w ith m elted butter o r m argarine.
3. B ake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C ) for 45
m inutes. R em ove from oven, and pour w ine over all. C over, and
bake an additional 15 m inutes.

4. B ake fo r 30 m inutes in the preheated oven, o r until cheeses
are m elted.
