His family invites the public to remember Addy ‘s life and work on Saturday, Oct. 6 at Lewis and Clark College’s Agnes Flanagan Chapel at o:jup.m. An award-winning com poser, brilliant m u sician , sk illed teacher, beloved hus band, fath e r and grandfather, Addy’s memorial program will include speakers, mu sical performances, a slide show and a short film. Addy’s legacy will also be honored in his hometown of Ghana. His wife Susan will fly to the Sowutuom re gion of Accra, Ghana for a traditional cer emony as Obo Addy ’ s title of Chief is passed to the next chosen person.
