In the play, which debuts with a free admission reading o f Act 1, M ama Jones’ senses are dim in ished with age, but she (played by Onnie Irby) takes on tw o rowdy sisters (played by Charlise Pas chal and Symone Embaye) to keep them from being separated in the m arry-go-around o f the foster care system. As uncertainty lin gers, attitudes fly, and a tragedy surfaces, M am a Jones is force to make an even tougher decision: Live or die.
