This is the credit union’s fifth branch in the metro area and it offers a full range of financial services, including a m ortgage and consum er loan of ficer onsite and convenient walk up ATM. Taltonwill share his perspectives from work with city agencies such as the Portland Development Com mission and leadership at the North/ Northeast Economic Development Alliance with Sheila Holden. Gibson will share an academic perspective as a researcher of the political economy of neighborhood change in Portland’s historic black commu nity. Knauls will bring his first per son account as a business owner experiencing the impacts of various business and economic develop S» m ent program s throughout the years.
