Authorities said the arrest was
the result o f an ongoing partner­
ship with the Portland Police
Bureau's Cold Case Homicide Unit,

fice and the Police Bureau's Fo­
rensic Evidence Division.
Cold Case detectives thanked
everyone who helped in this in­
vestigation. The victim ’s family
expressed relief and thanks for
bringing them closure in the case.

The statistics for 2010 shows
200 people died in Oregon from
the use o f Heroin, Cocaine, M eth­
amphetam ine, or a combination
use o f those drugs.
