Concert to Explore Life and Death
Spanning three generations
The Portland Columbia Symphony Orchestra pre­
sents Generation Gaps, an intriguing concert featuring
the music o f three generations.
Young composer Amber Gudaitis — a former mem-
berofthe Portland Youth Philharmonic orchestra now
studying composition at Arizona State University —
w ill premier her commissioned work "Columbia River
Narrative.”
Jennifer Choi w ill make a welcome return to the
stage in Beethoven's Violin Concerto, his sublime
creation from the height o f the Classical era.
Performances are Friday, March 28, at 8 p.m. at the
Artistic Directors: Jawole Willa
Jo Zollar and Germaine Acogny
