Young composer Amber Gudaitis — a former mem- berofthe Portland Youth Philharmonic orchestra now studying composition at Arizona State University — w ill premier her commissioned work "Columbia River Narrative.” Jennifer Choi w ill make a welcome return to the stage in Beethoven's Violin Concerto, his sublime creation from the height o f the Classical era.
