intellectual curiosity. Th e H TTa n d
WAB work with residence life staff
to d e ve lo p and sp o n so r other
programs. The Assistant Director
is supervised by the Director of
Residence Life. The Assista nt
Director is a key member of the
Residence Life staff.
Q ualifications: PhD re q u ire d ;
teaching experience at the college
level with evidence of superior
teaching evaluations; experience
in organizing programs; familiarity
w ith resid en ce hall living; and
demonstrated ability to work with
students, faculty members, and
staff from diverse groups.
Compensation; Annual salary range
$50,000 - $54,000 with a highly
co m p e titive benefits package.
