CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR ( C M /
GC) SERVICES - NEW COLUMBIA COMMUNITY CAMPUS
Proposals are requested from qualified general contractors for the
provision of construction management/general contractor services
for the provision of construction management/general contractor
services for the Community Campus project. This project consists
of a new school facility, a gym, and a Boys and Girls Club to be
constructed at the New Columbia development in Portland, OR.
This contract is for a public works subject to ORS 279C.800 to
279C.870 (Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate laws). The Housing
Authority of Portland (HAP) will accept proposals until 4:00 p.m.
on July 6, 2005, at the Housing Authority of Portland, 135 SW
Ash Street, Fourth Floor, Portland, OR 97204-3540.
Hard copies of the RFP will be available beginning Wednesday,
June 15,2005, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (excluding 12:00
