Shooting Suspect Arrested A year-old m urder case cam e closer to being solved last T hursday w hen Portland Police arrested 17-year-old B irgilio M arin Arellano. A rellano w as w anted for shooting and killing 16-year-old Alexx A lexander on June 6. 2004 in w hat has been described as a gang-related attack. A lexander was shot inside a car he was riding in after a low -rider show at E xpo C enter in north Portland. E vidence from tw o Portland hom es and one M ilw aukie hom e w as collected on T hursday but it w as not said w hat clues led them to A rellano.
