The team from northeast Portland ad vances to the state tournament at Alpenrose Dairy in southwest Portland on Friday. Peninsula Boys are Number One The Peninsula Little League juniors o f north and northeast Portland celebrate the Oregon District 1 Little League Championship after beating St. Helens, 10-5.
