Mr. Gilreath was bom March 7,1958, in Omaha, Neb. He moved to Portland in 1980 and was a mailer for The Oregonian. In 1989, he married Alice Douglas. Survivors include his wife; daughter, Siobhan Saxton-Clark; son, Perr’ee; stepdaughter, Sharon Thomas; stepson, D ’Arcy Hayes; father and step mother, Nathaniel and Frances; stepfather, Lon don Haskins Jr.; brothers, Nathaniel Gilreath, John Gilreath, Barry Gilreath and Patrick Hendrickson; sister, JoAnne LaBat; and three grandchildren. A memorial ser vice was held on Friday, Sept. 6 for Frank H. Tyler Sr. who died on Sunday, Sept. 1. Tyler was bom on Sept. 4,1934 in Galesburg, 111. He graduated from Galesburg High School and later moved to Streator, 111., marrying and then divorcing Jo Ann Moor. Tyler worked as a truck driver for North American Van Lives and System 99 Trucking. His second marriage to Carmen L. Moxley was on June 10, 1960. They had five children together and moved to Portland in 1975. Tyler is survived by his loving wife; children, Frank Tyler, Stephan Tyler, Timothy Tyler, Teresa Pillias, Tyrone Tyler, Troy Tyler, and TaraM olin; 10 brothers and sisters; 18 grand children and 25 great grandchildren. judicated youth.
