T he d e p a rtm e n t’s w eb site, w w w.dor.state.or.us. now lists the names of taxpayers who are owed unclaimed refunds. When the postal service returns an undeliverable check, department staff searches for the new address. If a new address is not located, the name of the check's owner is posted on the web site.
