on M arch 29th at Portland’s PGE
Park. T he gam e w ill take place
at 1:05 p.m., during Spring Break
week.

W izards on K G W Channel 8. It
will be the first tim e that Blazers
forw ard Scottie Pippen and
W izards guard M ichael Jordan
m ake an appearance in P ort­
land since their cham pionship
run with the Chicago Bulls. The
tw o N BA all-stars will m eet for
the first tim e as opponents on
Feb. 27 w hen the Blazers visit
W ashington, D.C. The Blazers
host the W izards in the Rose
Garden in a 7 p.m. matchup. The
Chevy Trailblazer Pregame show
starts at 6:30 p.m.

Super Bow l Sunday after both

pionship gam es.
D rew Bledsoe replaced an in­
ju red T om B rady and led the New
England Patriots to the Superbowl
gam e in N ew O rleans with a 24-17
upset over the Steelers in the AFC
cham pionship gam e in Pittsburgh.
Bledsoe got plenty o f help from
Troy B row n, w ho returned a punt
55 yards for a touchdow n and was
the middle man on a 60-y ard return
o f a blocked field goal that put
N ew E ngland ahead 21-3 early in
the third quarter.
B ledsoe threw 11 yards to
D avid Patten for a touchdow n
shortly after Brady injured his left
leg late in the first half, putting the
P atriots in p osition for A dam

the play, Faulk fell into the end
