setting; familiarity with philosophy and theory concerning educabon in a desegregated public school
setbng; knowledge of federal anb-discriminabon laws and their applicabon to equal educational

Pacific islands. Bilingual ability, particularly in Spanish, is an additional qualification, although not

ested in providing construction services for the OSU Dixon Recreation
C enter Addition, Oregon State University (OSU) is preparing to ad
7 0 ,0 0 0 square fe e t to and renovate approximately 1 5 ,0 0 0 o f the
Dixon Recreation Center. The existing structure was constructed in
tw o phases: Phase I was com pleted in 197 6 and Phase II, which
prim arily involved the addition o f Stevens Natatorium, was com pleted
in 1 9 9 2 . This project represents the third and final phase o f D ixon’s
developm ent program.
The qualification responses will be used to develop a “ s h o rt lis t” o f
three to seven firm s who will be invited to participate in bidding on the
project.
