The HR Analyst is responsible for
all recruitment and selection activi­
ties for the Department, in addition to
a variety o f HR generalist duties.
Duties include working with supervi­
sors and managers to coordinate
recruitment’s and the hiring process,

classification studies completed by
County Hr; compile, analyze, and re­
port on department HR data; coordi­
nate and oversee al 1 HR record main­
tenance; recruit for departmental tem­
porary positions and make referrals
to departments; conduct special re­
search projects; and compose reports
and correspondence. Requires two
years o f professional Human Re­
source generalist experience and
equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in
a related field. Salary range $39,136.00
