contractors to provide Com m unity and Family Service System services at six
geographic centers and an A sia n/P acific Islander center. C ontractors will
also be selected to provide services for the Latino and American Indian
com m unities as well as Youth Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug services.

Including prevention and Intervention and shall prom ote resiliency, self-
sufficiency and em phasize a strengths based perspective. These services
com prise the basis o f a com prehensive service system for children,
