experience on various computer platforms, scripting languages, software
programs, web browsers, networks, scanners, and conducting research on
new software programs. 1 8 months of desktop publishing, which includes
the compilation and production of information for wide dissemination
(such as a newsletter), may substitute for 1 8 months of the required
