Lincoln City Store 23 - currently located at 5040 SE H W Y 101
Salishan Market Place Store 236 - Must be operated in conjunc­

STARTING DATE JUNE 1,1999
W e evaluate all applicants on background, knowledge and work
experience in:

inventory/cash management;

retail sales;
•
custom er service/public relations in a retail environment.
The successful applicant must be able to:

enter into an agency agreem ent contract with the OLCC;
•
qualify for a fidelity bond;
•
negotiate the lease or purchase of the store location or propose
a m ore suitable location serving the same com m unity subject to

staff requirem ents;
meet the operating expense of the agency;
purchase the fixtures and equipment as specified in the agency
information sheet;

begin operation on the date specified above.
Selected finalists will be notified and interviewed by the staff
screening com m ittee in Portland .Final selection will be made by
the C om m ission, based on set criteria, at its public meeting in
