she should be in possession o f a

she “rented.” T he vehicle is listed as
stolen.
Shannon N ichole Cram er, who has
at least 7 aliases, is a 21-year-old
white fem ale w ith a date o f birth o f
July 31, 1977. She is 5’5" tall and
w eighs approxim ately 130 pounds

nity partnerships, problem solving,
and education, deputies will increase
th e ir v isib ility th ro u g h o u t th e
county. The law enforcem ent divi
sion will introduce neighborhood
team s this fall, and enhance patrol
efforts in east M ultnom ah county
and on the navigable waterways.
R eserve deputies and other highly
trained volunteers will continue to
support deputies by assisting with
patrol, transportation o f prisoners,
and m ountain search and rescue.
T he S h e r iff s O ffice is
probably best known for its dedica
tion to providing exceptional police
patrol in unincorporated areas. The
departm ent is actually a full-service
law enforcem ent agency w ith much
o f its enforcem ent functions serv
ing all o f M ultnom ah county. Many
o f these services include, but are not
lim ited to:

recognize and rem ove intoxicated
drivers and drivers under the influ
ence o f drugs other than alcohol form
our roads.

Team consists o f 12 officers from
three agencies w ho investigate all
serious and fatal collisions in unin
corporated M ultnom ah county ,the
city o f G resham , and state highw ays
in the county.
♦O ver 30 road and river patrol
deputies are trained as M edical First
Responders who carry portable heart
defibrillators to assist heart attack
victims.
River Patrol-Oregon’s largest county
marine patrol provides law enforcement,
emergency assistance,boater/water safety
and education, and fire fighting on 95
miles o f county waterways. A Dive
Rescue Team is available for river acci
dent response, swift-water response, and
evidence collection.

from Gresham , Troutdale, Fairview,
and other police jurisdictions to in-
vestigate m ajor crim es throughout
M ultnom ah county; shut dow n nar

posal o f solid w aste incom pliance
with M etro ordinances and investi
gate illegal dum psites throughout
M ultnom ah, C lackam as, and W ash
ington counties; investigate violent
crim es including dom estic violence,
assaults, sex offenses and homicides;
conduct crim inal investigations in
volving high technology; and inves
tigate and prosecute reported cases
o f physical and sexual child abuse in
M ultnom ah County.
C ivil P ro cess S ervice-T his unit
is responsible for the service and
enforcem ent o f court orders through
out M ultnom ah County. Enforce
m ent deputies in this unit also per
form extraditions o f crim inals form
other jurisdictions to Oregon.
