James is one of m ore th a n 300 O regon

sm ile and an outgoing, friendly p e rso n
ality, James is looking for a tw o-parent

Full of energy, James enjoys skateboarding,
playing with friends, and climbing trees. His
teachers note James as creative and coordi

a result of Fetal Alcohol syndrome. Although a
handful at times, James has long periods where
he is responsive and focused, and has the
ability to warm the hearts of others with his
wide grin and a helpful, “let me get that for
you.”
