Amsterdam. The credit course
examines the pop star's songs,
voice, films, religious beliefs,
media presence and her per­
sona as sex symbol. Noting
Dutch film crews in the packed classroom at the course’s debut, prof
Hannah Bosma said Monday: “ Even a college course about this
megastar attracts massive press.”
The for-credit class also examines M adonna's persona as a sex
symbol, her religious beliefs and her media presence “ In her genre
she's good,” said Mario Licht, 25, a third year student. “ Most of all
it’s something to dance to.”
