Tinnitus: Ringing in the ears
Jack Vernon, Ph D., recently retired
director o f the Oregon Hearing Research
Center w ill present a lecture on "T in n itu s:
R inging in the Ears" at 7:30pm, Thursday,

Portland, and is in the process o f developing
four others, but this w ill be its first house bu ilt

itat, says the project coincides w ith the hiring
o f Habitat s first woman crew leader, M e lis ­
sa Mederos. It w ill be an opportunity for
"wom en concerned about women's issues to
work together on a u n ifyin g project."
