The Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC), Industries
Division is seeking proposals from qualified marketing profes­
sionals with dem onstrated success educating the public and
marketing unique services.
DOC intends to enter into a personal service contract with a
qualified firm for an initial one-year period.
Briefly, services will include a year-long statewide marketing
campaign to educate the public and promote use of inmate
labor consistent with the Prison Reform and Inmate Work Act,
which in summary, requires that all able inmates work or
receive job training.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 27,
