The City of Portland Bureau of Parks requests proposals
from Architects for Architectural Services as required in
Support of the General Obligation. Bond Initiative (GOBI)
projects through the year 2000..
A complete description of the project, specific requirements
and evaluation criteria for the proposal may be obtained from
