Request for Proposals are solicited to furnish an automated
absence reporting/substitute calling system for this agency.

District may reject any bid not in compliance with all pre­
scribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and
may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the
agency it is in the public interest to do so. No bid will be
considered that is received after the appointed date and time.

Individual will be responsible for the door-to-door out­
reach and case management of the occupants of a
targeted northeast neighborhood; providing job place­
ment assistance information and referral to other appro­
priate services; collecting and tracking information nec­
essary for effective case management; providing ex­
tensive follow-up services; and coordinating closely
with other organizations providing community services.
Applicant should have experience in counseling and
case management - dealing effectively with clients who
have multiple needs. In addition, ability to establish
positive relationships with diverse groups and maintain
client tracking systems are also required. Must be
computer literate with experience or knowledge of com ­
puterized data bases. Salary is $24,000/year plus ben­
efits.
