reach and case management of the occupants of a
targeted northeast neighborhood; providing job place­
ment assistance information and referral to other appro­
priate services; collecting and tracking information nec­

tensive follow-up services; and coordinating closely
with other organizations providing community services.
Applicant should have experience in counseling and
case management - dealing effectively with clients who
