Facility Maintenance Assistant - Provide on-going mainte­
nance and repair services for classroom and office facilities,
grounds and equipment. Must be able to meet physical demands
of job and work either in early morning or late evening. High
school diploma or equivalent and 1 year relevant experience.
Starting salary: $6.95 - $7.16 p/hr.
ECEAP Family Service Worker II - Conduct outreach, recruit­
ment and enrollment activities. Provide orientation to parents on
the program and policies. Assist families in the assessment of
their needs. AA in Human Service or related field with 4 yrs
working with children and families in human services. Starting
salary: $9.16/hr.
Speech/Language Audiology Assistant - 20 hrs/wk. Requires
high school diploma. Experience in early childhood education or
Speech/Language Pathology desired. 1 year experience working
with children. Starting salary: $7.61/hr.
ECEAP Lead Teacher - Responsible for support and supervision
of ECEAP Teachers. Duties also include: planning and conduct­
ing daily activities of center based early childhood classroom for
one group of children; maintenance of a safe and orderly physical
environment; home visits; parent involvement and participation in
parent and staff meetings and training. Lead Teacher reports to
ECEAP Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Edu­
cation or Bachelor’s degree in Education with an ECE endorse­
ment or Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate. 1 year
consistent paid experience with groups of children 3-5 years of
age in a preschool program including supervision of adults and
classroom planning and management. Starting salary: $10.31/hr
ECEAP Teacher - Plan and conduct activities in a center based
early childhood classroom for two groups of children. Duties
include: individualized child activities; maintenance of safe and
orderly physical environments; home visits; parent involvement
and participation in parent and staff meetings and training.
Reports to Lead Teacher. AA degree in Early Childhood Educa­
tion. 1 year consistent paid experience teaching children 3-5
years of age in an early childhood program, including supervision
of adults, classroom planning and management. Starting salary:
$9.16/hr.
ECEAP Teacher Assistant - Establish and maintain safe and
healthy learning environment. Assist ECEAP Teacher in provid­
ing positive guidance, discipline to support social and emotional
development; help plan and implement curriculum that encour­
ages advancement of children’s physical and intellectual compe­
tence. Certificate of proficiency in Early childhood Education from
an accredited college or current CDA certificate or 15 quarter
credits in Early Childhood Education required. 1 year experience
with groups of children, 3-5 years of age, in an early childhood
setting. Starting salary: $7.11 /hr.
ECEAP Classroom Aide - Assist in implementing classroom
activities under the supervision of ECEAP Teacher. Assist with
meal preparation, prepare activities, supplies and environment;
and maintain safety and cleanliness of center. High School
diploma or equivalent. 1 year experience working with children 3
to 5 years of age. Starting salary: $5.97/hr.
Family Child Care Head Teacher - Requires Bachelor’s Degree
in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s in Education with
Early Childhood Endorsement, two years experience in child care
or early childhood education and one year supervisory experi­
ence. Recruit, train and supervise EOC sponsored family child
care homes and if grant application is successful, supervise the
Readiness to Learn preschool staff. 40 hrs./wk. Starting salary
$11,03/hr.
