City of Portland Portland Development Commission Parking Lot Operator Proposals due 4:00 p.m. Feb. 28 Request for Proposals *92-16 The Portland Development Commission is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Parking Lot Operator services to the Commission, and thereby the public, for two parking lots. Firms which respond to this Request for Proposals should have experience providing these services, and be prepared to pro vide supporting evidence in their proposals. Respondents may be interviewed as called for in the RFP. The Commission will select an Operator for each of the parking lots described in the RFP independently. One parking lot is located between S.W. Third and Fourth and S.W. Yamhill and Morrison Streets.
