OR three years of civil engineer­
ing experience including land
surveying; water flow measur-
ment; collecting and reporting
hydrological data; and experience
transportation facility design and
construction. A Bachelor’s de­
gree with major coursework in
Civil Engineering may substitute
for the above experience; or an
Associate degree in Civil Engi­
neering or Water Resource Tech­
nology may substitute for two
years of the experience.
