Preferred qualifications include:

Ability to handle situations under dead­
line conditions and work well with de­
tails. -Ability to organize and follow
through with projects and to speak be­
fore groups. In addiuon to a starting
salary range of $17,502 to $19,711 per
year, commensurate with experience,
