The Elders (Pastors) of Jurisdiction #1 have begun the reconstruc
tion of McKinney Temple. The first task that they had to do, was to
remove the old roofing. 110 yards of roofing was shoveled off of the roof
and replaced with a new roof. This project was started in August and was
completed the last of September, 1988!
The first week of October was the beginning of their next task and
that was to install an electrical fuse box and wiring, with completion
planned for the middle of October, 1988. “ Updates on the reconstruction
will follow, as the projects are completed.’’
