The University, part of the Ore gon State System of Higher Edu cation (O.S.S.H.E.), is located in downtown Portland, and enrolls 16,000 students including the lar gest proportion of minority stu dents in the state. The University offers a number of academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Position The Director of Minority Affairs will report directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs, and will have budgetary and ad ministrative responsibilities for minority student affairs. This new position requires the ability to deliver effective support ser vices, programs and projects to enhance services for minority students. I Qualifications A Masters Degree from an accre dited institution in education, counseling or related field.
