ing ot ex istin g bu ild in g s , are an ticipated to be bid and
aw arded prior to the end of th is work The successful
co ntractor for th is contract w ill be required to co ordin ate with
other co ntracts working on the site to m eet critical co m p le­
tion dates necessary to allow each co ntractor access to their
work area
Bids w ill be recieved on a lum p sum basis for all of the work
