provided that the bid has been submitted in accordance with the

the funds available and completion time stipulated in the
proposal The Owner wishes to occupy the building by
September 9th, 1985 No bid will be considered unless fully
complete in the manner provided in the Instrucitons to Bidder

Oregon Revised Statutes Prequalification forms shall be
completed and returned to the Owner 10 days prior to the date ol
the bid opening

bidding documents at the Architect s office upon deposit of
$25 00 Additional sets and partial sets may be purchased from
the Architect for the cost of reproduction
