clerical duties. Interfaces with Board of Com­
missioners in person and by phone, arranges

from notes and rough draft Maintains confiden
tial files Exercises diplomacy in interpersonal
relationships w ith sta ff, particularly in sen­
sitive matters
Experience b Skills:
• At least four years progreaarvefy responsible
secretarial duties.
• T yp e 80 wpm accurately.
• Takes shorthand at 100 wpm.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain harmonious relations
with tenants, staff, and the general public.
