Ice cream pie

Crust
1 Vt cup 100% natural cereal with
apples and cinnamon or original,
crushed
14 cup firmly packed brown sugar
14 cup butter or margarine
Filling
■4 gallon icecream, softened
Ice cream topping
Fresh peach slices
For crust: Heat oven to 35O°F.
Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate. In
medium bowl, combine all ingredi
ents; m ix w ell. Press firm ly and
evenly onto bottom and sides o f pre
pared pie plate. Bake for 8 to 10
minutes or un til golden brow n;
cool.
For filling: Spoon ice cream into
prepared crust; freeze at least I hour
or until firm . Drizzle with ice cream
topping; arrange fruit over pie. G ar
nish w ith whipped topping, i f de
sired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

smooth. Gradually add cornstarch
mixture to blueberry mixtue; cook
and stir about 30 seconds or until
thickened.
