A rm ando Laguardra: The response of the officers is offensive; they joke about community concer ns and don’ t treat people with dignity. Other concerns were: an excess of police in the neighborhood, several cars present at the scene o f an arrest, misuse o f guns, prostitutes on the streets, verbal and physical abuse, overriding these was the belief that the police administration does not respond.
